Retail Operations Transformation Lead

Lead strategic initiatives driving business transformation across retail and quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions to optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Optimization
    • Analyze client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs through workshops.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical implementation.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless integration.
    • Identify & highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps impacting operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Facilitate effective communication among marketing, operations, and IT teams as a trusted advisor.
    • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap for sustained success.
  • Training & Onboarding
    • Develop and deploy comprehensive training programs for super users on platform functionality.
    • Explain support mechanisms and establish cadences for support queries to ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.
