Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Vessel Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day activities of our vessel operations team.

About This Role

  • This is a key leadership position that requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and control operational activities to ensure seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and maintain positive relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue growth through capacity allocation and resource management.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, customer satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a reputable institution.
  • Possession of Master Mariner certification is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in handling various types of cargo, including Container/Bulk/Break Bulk/Project Cargo/Lifts on-Lifts off/RoRo operations.
