Job Overview

As a FICO professional with expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 financial support focused on manufacturing, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and processing financial transactions using journal entries, recurring entries, and payment processing.

  • You will configure SAP FI system settings, including chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting periods, and currencies.
  • Process financial transactions efficiently to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI system issues and errors to maintain high-quality performance.
  • Generate financial statements and audit reports using SAP FI reporting and analytics to provide valuable insights.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 financial support focused on manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance features as FI evolves on the HANA platform.
  • Experience with integration of SAP FI with other modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and CO (Controlling).
  • Proficient with SAP transaction codes related to FI such as FB01, F-02, F110, FBL1N, FBL5N.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with business users and technical teams.
  • Problem-solving capability to quickly diagnose and fix FI functional issues.
  • Ability to document functional specs, configuration details, and user manuals.
