Senior Wealth Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced senior wealth management professional to lead our efforts in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong personal network, deep product knowledge, and a track record of building long-term client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing tailored wealth planning, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on market trends and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire, nurture, and grow relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and senior professionals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor: Understand their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews: Offer strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.

Investment & Wealth Advisory Expertise:

  • Advise clients on investment products: Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, and Insurance.
  • Provide tailored wealth planning: Tax-efficient investment strategies and succession planning guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge: Market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.

Business Growth & Revenue Generation:

  • Achieve AUM targets: Focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities: Across the NBFC's wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Leverage existing relationships: Grow client base through referrals and networking.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence: SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI regulations.
  • Maintain transparent practices: Ethical and client-centric.
  • Minimize operational risks: Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred: 12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking.
  • Proven track record: Managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding: Capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network: HNI/UHNI clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication skills: Relationship-building and advisory.
  • High integrity: Client-first mindset.
