Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Design Optimization Engineer to perform complex simulations and analyses to enhance product designs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed simulations to optimize product performance, structural integrity, and NVH characteristics
  • Utilize CAE tools like ANSYS and HyperMesh to analyze and validate design changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation insights and drive design improvements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, simulation reports, and design recommendations
  • Optimize component design for weight reduction, increased strength, noise suppression, and vibration minimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • 5-8 years of experience in design optimization using CAE software, specifically ANSYS and HyperMesh
  • Preferred experience in the automotive industry, particularly in EV Powertrain CAE Simulation
  • Strong proficiency in ANSYS, HyperMesh, and understanding of structural mechanics, fatigue/durability, and NVH principles
