Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Manager to oversee and manage our accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in cloud-based accounting software and be able to handle multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting.

The role requires a proactive finance professional capable of supporting strategic decision-making through meaningful financial insights. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end accounting operations in cloud-based accounting software.
  • Handling multiple accounts, branches, and projects with accurate consolidation.
  • Preparing and finalizing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
  • Managing cash flows and working capital effectively.
  • Performing accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups.
  • Ensuring compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements.
  • Preparing and presenting management information reports, variance analysis, and financial insights.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.com).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, preferably using cloud-based accounting software.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books).
  • Working knowledge of taxation laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
