Job Overview

  • We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our testing efforts in the telecom domain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for telecom OSS/BSS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Validate telecom protocols, APIs, and end-to-end workflows for services such as VoIP, LTE, 5G, and IoT.
  • Ensure proper validation of network provisioning, billing, CRM, and other telecom modules.
  • Manage test data creation and ensure alignment with real-world scenarios.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of telecom domain including OSS (Operational Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems).
  • Hands-on experience with telecom services like network management, billing, CRM, order management, mediation, and service provisioning.
  • Experience with telecom protocols, APIs, and technologies (e.g., SIP, IMS, LTE, 5G).

Technical Proficiency

  • Strong knowledge of testing tools (HP Octane, JIRA).
