About the Role

This is a senior management position responsible for managing Questions Banks, coordinating with Subject Experts, and working closely with other team members to meet project requirements.

Years of Experience: 10 to 15 years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing high-quality Questions Banks for Assessments
  • Question Bank Management:
    • Designing and structuring Question Banks; setting quality standards for writing and review in respective domains
    • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects
  • SME Management:
    • Defining selection criteria and strategy
    • Monitoring SME performance quality
    • Training and developing SME pools in different domains/subjects
    • Coordinating with SMEs for all test development activities
  • Test Designing:
    • Creating test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects
    • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets
  • Supporting Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and other organizational requirements as needed
  • Post Exam Analysis and Reporting to Higher Management
Requirements:
  • Subject Competency in School Subjects till 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus
  • Broad understanding of Education System of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development
  • Good command over English both written and spoken
  • Good command over spoken Hindi
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency required in at least one of the below mentioned skills:
    • Social Work/Social Science/Social Studies
