We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and verify purchase & sales bills, matching with POs, invoices, and supplementary bills.
  • Manage cash control, voucher preparation, and daily transaction entries in accounting books/ERP.
  • Maintain creditors management and vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS.
  • Handle LC documentation and liaise with bankers for daily operations.
  • Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
  • Compute salaries & wages, maintain Salary and Attendance Registers.
  • Prepare monthly stock statements for banks (Cash Credit facility).
  • Assist in finalizing accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Draft official letters related to accounts and statutory matters.
  • Generate MIS reports for management.
Statutory Compliances:
  • Income Tax: compute TDS, pay tax, e-file returns, issue Form 16/16A, advance tax computation, ITR filing.
  • GST: register, amend, generate challans, file GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B, annual returns, refunds, audits, E-Way bills.
  • PF & ESI: make monthly contributions, generate UAN, transfers/withdrawals, employee registration under PF/ESI.
  • Legacy Compliances: VAT/CST, Excise Duty – file, reconcile, and audit support.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum: B.Com (Accounting/Finance).
  • Preferred: M.Com or specialization in Finance/Accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems.

Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple timelines are essential for this role.
