Role : Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer (Voice AI Agents)

Job Summary :

As a Sr. Forward Deployed Engineer you'll work on delivering world-class Voice AI Agents for our customers.

You will work in AI-native teams & will be expected to move at the speed of thought.

You'll leverage our platform to configure, fine-tune & architect state-of-the-art AI Agents.

You will act as a conduit between product, customer success & engineering teams.

You'll work closely with customers to make AI Agents a BIG success for them.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with sales to engage clients to gather requirements, rapidly prototype demos, and present system designs.
  • Become go-to experts on building voice AI solutions, especially LLM prompting tips & tricks.
  • Own full life cycle of building agents. Customer collaboration > Defining Agent outcomes > Agent Config & Prompt design > Testing > Deployment & data pipelining > Monitoring > Iterate.
  • Build full-stack integrations (Python, JavaScript) with enterprise tools (e.g. CRMs, ERPs, scheduling tools).
  • Travel & work from customer office to fastrack AI Agent deployments.
  • Act as a technical conduit between customers needs & Companys platform.
  • Codify reusable patterns into tools or platform components.
  • Translate field feedback into actionable product and GTM recommendations.
  • Develop runbooks, code templates, and training sessions for customer-facing teams, ensuring self-sufficiency post-handoff.

Requirements :

  • Ai Native Mindset
  • Strong Demand Side Thinker (JTBD) with product taste.
  • 2-4 years of experience in software development & AI applications.
  • Strong hold over at least one programming language.
  • Solid understanding of prompt engineering patterns.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working fullstack.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant domains would be a plus (AI Agents, RAGs, Python, data security etc).

Working Conditions :

This role requires frequent travel and remote work from customer offices.

You'll be expected to adapt to new technologies and workflows quickly.
