Job Description

Prime Function:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including direct mail, email, web, and print advertising.
  • Design and produce advertisements, marketing brochures, sales kits, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure a positive representation of the organization's image to the general public, clients, shareholders, and the community.
  • Develop and organize promotional activities, coordinate with departments concerned, prepare and issue media releases, and invite VIPs and media to promotional activities.
  • Ensure that any matter affecting the interests of Accor is brought to the attention of management.

People Management:

  • Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments of Novotel Hyderabad and Hyderabad International Convention Centre to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with all departments.
  • Respond to queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all personnel are kept well informed of departmental objectives and policies.
  • Motivate and develop team members to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite; knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
