Data Scientist Leader for Conversational AI Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to lead our conversational AI solutions at Chintamani Ramesh Bidi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models using state-of-the-art algorithms with a strong focus on language models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), their associated technologies, and experience in Generative AI frameworks like LlamaIndex, Langchain, Autogen, etc.

You will work closely with our research team and key partners in the market to build end-to-end AI/ML/NLP solutions, including conversational AI, document understanding, and QnA.

A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier institution is preferred. If you hold a Bachelor's degree, a specialization in Machine Learning or Computer Science is required.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy machine learning models using state-of-the-art algorithms with a strong focus on language models.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs and associated technologies like RAG, Agents, VectorDB, and Guardrails.
  • Experience in Generative AI frameworks like LlamaIndex, Langchain, Autogen, etc.
  • Interact with our research team and key partners in the market to build end-to-end AI/ML/NLP solutions.
  • Mine and analyze data, applying statistical methods as necessary, pertaining to customers' discovery, and viewing experiences.
  • Drive efforts to enable product and engineering leaders to share your knowledge and insights through clear and concise communication.
  • Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.
