Lead Fundraising Executive

This is a leadership role that focuses on implementing an annual fundraising plan, establishing relationships with key stakeholders, and securing revenue for the organization's philanthropic efforts.
The ideal candidate will have experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, as well as leadership positions. They should be able to work independently, have strong project management skills, and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy
- Built relationships with high net worth individuals, corporations, and foundations
- Create a diverse portfolio approach to fundraising
- Proactively execute multiple aspects of the plan, including event planning, donor cultivation, and stewardship
- Work closely with senior leaders to establish clear measures for determining net value added
Requirements:
- Masters degree in business or social sciences
- Minimum 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles
- Leadership experience in a similar field
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and comfortably with ambiguity
