Senior Automation and Performance Testing Expert

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Automation and Performance Testing Lead to join our team. As an experienced professional in software testing, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring QA teams in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
- Analyze system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using performance testing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to assess system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Mentor junior team members on automation and performance testing techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software products.
- Monitor and report key quality metrics, including test coverage and defect trends.
Requirements:
- In-depth expertise in Selenium with C# or Java programming languages.
- Working knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
- Experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with banking domain is beneficial.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership experience in team management and conflict resolution.
