Job Description:
A dynamic leader is required to drive the evolution of our automation and quality practices across microservices-based platforms as a Senior QA Engineer.Key Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end QA strategy, including test automation and exploratory testing to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to implement best-in-class quality standards.
  • Implement shift-left and shift-right testing best practices to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of our software development process.
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable feedback to stakeholders.
  • Coach teams on quality, testability, and resilience to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in software testing; 3+ years in automation with JavaScript/TypeScript or similar technologies.
  • Strong experience in API testing, BDD/TDD, and working with distributed systems to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Git, Jira, and CI tools like Jenkins/GitHub Actions to streamline workflows.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Performance, security, or accessibility testing experience to expand expertise.
  • Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or AI/ML testing to stay ahead of industry trends.
