Job Title: Interior Designer

 

  • To lead the sales process and drive successful closures.
  • To own customer experience during a project, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • To oversee and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables, maintaining the highest standards in the industry.
  • To take ownership of the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion.

Requirements:

  • Graduation or relevant diploma with 15 years' academic education.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an interior designer.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering residential projects, with a minimum of 5-6 projects under their belt.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including PPT presentation and AutoCAD.
  • Strong expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, civil works & services, and creating BOQ for customers.
  • Able to coordinate with internal and external agencies.
  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to drive and lead design meetings with customers.
  • Result-oriented, team player with strong integrity and ethics.
  • High degree of willingness to learn and drive performance among independent team members.
