**Role Overview:

Join us to drive the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including CRM and Power Platform, for domestic clients. We seek a strategic and experienced leader who will deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver CRM solutions using Microsoft D365 and Power Apps
  • Implement COPILOT based scenarios and execute Proof of Concept (POC)
  • Collaborate with Microsoft and clients to co-create solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Drive delivery and pursue opportunities in the Indian market independently
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction levels

**Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Customer Experience and Power Platform
  • Strong domain knowledge in manufacturing and non-financial services
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage client engagements
  • Strong understanding of the Indian business landscape
