Utility Management Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to manage utility business processes using Oracle CC&B.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to Oracle CC&B.
  • Configure Oracle CC&B modules to meet business needs, including customer management, billing, payments, collections, and metering.
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities, including design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Translate business processes into system solutions within Oracle CC&B.
  • Prepare functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams for development of customizations, integrations, and reports.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for Oracle CC&B best practices, enhancements, and new functionalities.
  • Assist in project planning, effort estimation, and risk management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and system stability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Oracle CC&B functional experience (implementation, upgrade, or support).
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • Deep understanding of utility business processes, including customer management, billing, payments, metering, collections, and service orders.
  • Experience creating functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CC&B integration with other systems (MDM, CIS, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
