We are seeking a seasoned data solutions leader with 10-12 years of experience in designing, architecting and delivering enterprise-grade data solutions.

  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end data solutions across enterprise environments.
  • Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with business needs.
  • Architect, implement, and optimize data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes for analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, and sales teams during presales discussions.
  • Provide architectural guidance on ETL/ELT design, data integration, and migration strategies.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern data technologies, platforms, and cloud services.
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure architecture is implemented as designed and meets business requirements.
  • Support performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of data solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable solution accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver enterprise-grade data solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data architectures.
  • Provide technical guidance on data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data architecture and data science.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10–12 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise data solutions.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and data architecture frameworks.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering data warehouse solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools.
  • Strong understanding of SQL, database optimization, and query tuning.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and their native data services.
  • Experience in presales engagements – solutioning, client workshops, RFP/RFI response, and technical presentations.
  • Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
