Job Title:

Transformation Leader

Description:

As a Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic transformation roadmaps for clients in the customer service and technology domains.

This role involves leading day-to-day execution of transformation initiatives, driving milestones to realization, and communicating with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.

You will work closely with consultants to develop business cases and analyze feasibility across multiple service lines. Additionally, you will identify new technologies with potential for scalability, deliver on strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day execution of transformation initiatives and drive milestones to realization.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, including executive management, business owners, and process leads.
  • Work closely with consultants to develop business cases and analyze feasibility across multiple service lines.
  • Identify new technologies with potential for scalability.
  • Deliver on strategic and functional goals of projects focused on cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and metric improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field with 10+ years of change management or transformation experience.
  • 5+ years of program management experience in a matrix environment.
  • Experience driving complex improvement/transformation projects across multiple accounts/domains.
  • Transformation/process re-engineering skills (RPA, IVR, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma).
  • Strong understanding of AI-enabled conversation bots.
  • Experience in the contact center or BPO industry.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and internal client-facing skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework.
  • Six Sigma Greenbelt/Black belt/PMP/OCM certification preferred.
