We are seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team in Chennai, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis for the assigned operating division(s), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the assigned operating division(s).
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement financial models to support decision-making processes, including investment analysis, pricing strategies, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance financial outcomes and improve profitability.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to track financial performance against targets in conjunction with Global Shared Services.
The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years' experience in a quantitative / analytical field, a Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, and experience with financial software and Microsoft Excel.
