: GeneralWebsite Address:Parent Organization:Job Description:Deliverables will include, but are not limited to the following:Knowledge and experience in Accounting/Books close/Budgeting & Forecasting/Trend analysisHandle contract to hire resource cost process covering invoicing information and timely accrualsUnderstand the processes and deliver as per timelinesDrive resource billability targets by the business / Entity through continuous resource planning and monitoring.Drive optimization of cost drivers like Staff pyramid, Vendor resourcing mix, Seat utilizationMonthly /Quarterly Rolling Plans/ Forecasts and variance from BudgetMonthly presentation of MIS with plan vs ActualEstablish regular communication with stakeholders to share successes and solicit challenges or concerns.Implement and monitor key KPIs and manage performance with P&L OwnershipMaintain strong controls ensuring quality requirements are complied withEnsures appropriate documentation on process flows and standard operating procedures by keeping them current and updatedPartner with global business owners to meet existing deliverables and continuously improve processes through simplification, innovation and automation.Drive standardization via data management and digitizationHandle escalations with root cause analysis for amicable closureExecution of policy/process frameworkRoll out a transparent process of feedback for the individual team members from stakeholdersLeverage shared service for operationsQualification/Skill/Competency:3 to 5 years' experience in Finance processes with CA/CMA Finance qualificationBusiness Finance experience with at least 1 year with IT industryExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicated wellWorking Knowledge of Accounting and related systemsHave a mindset of number control and governanceInternational work and culture exposure to US & Western countriesDemonstrate empathy in communication with teams, stakeholders & peersBuild a customer centric culture by resolving various process risksAdopt best practices in other businesses/organization for delivering additional value to stakeholder
