We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will work closely with the Shift Engineer to maintain high standards of hotel and building maintenance.
  • Ensure that the hotel is kept in excellent condition by performing daily inspections and carrying out rectifications as needed.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Supervisor and identify project work required throughout the hotel.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure plant rooms are checked and cleaned regularly.
  • Investigate reported faults and carry out minor repairs to guest rooms or public areas.
  • Deliver exceptional technical service to guests and meet their needs satisfactorily.
