Expert Backend Developer Sought

We are on the hunt for a highly skilled Backend Engineer to spearhead our AI-driven product development initiatives.

As a seasoned expert in Python engineering and generative AI, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI backends that seamlessly integrate tool orchestration, retrieval pipelines, and observability.

Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing multi-agent workflows and orchestration libraries, developing APIs and microservices to support AI use cases, and working with vector databases to drive innovation.

Essential Skills & Expertise
  • 7+ years of professional experience with Python (version 3.9 and above).
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), asynchronous programming, and REST API design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) implementations and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of model context protocol (MCP) concepts and server-side MCP implementation expertise.
  • Understanding of multi-agent workflows and orchestration library design.
  • Proficiency in using FastAPI or Django for backend development.
  • Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipeline management.
  • Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Ability to incorporate tracing, logging, and evaluation metrics into AI systems.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Familiarity with AI observability and evaluation methodologies.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or MCP frameworks.
  • Understanding of compliance and security frameworks applicable to AI development.
  • Previous experience with custom embeddings, fine-tuning, or LLMOps stacks.
