Senior Software Engineer – AI


Location:
Trivandrum (Onsite)


Salary:
Up to ₹13 LPA


Experience:
3–5 years (with 3+ years in AI/ML engineering)


Availability:
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 20 days' notice preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy
    AI-driven applications and services
    , focusing on
    Generative AI
    and
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    .
  • Design and implement
    Agentic AI systems
    —autonomous agents capable of planning and executing multi-step tasks.
  • Collaborate with
    product, design, and engineering teams
    to integrate AI capabilities into products.
  • Write
    clean, scalable code
    and build
    robust APIs/services
    for AI model deployment.
  • Own feature delivery
    end-to-end
    —from research and experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
  • Stay updated with emerging
    AI frameworks, tools, and best practices
    and apply them to product development.
  • Contribute to a
    high-performing team culture
    and mentor junior engineers when needed.

Required Skills

  • 3–6 years
    of software development experience, with
    3+ years in AI/ML engineering
    .
  • Strong
    Python
    programming skills.
  • Hands-on experience with
    PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers
    .
  • Proven expertise with
    LLMs
    (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) and
    Generative AI models
    (text, image, or audio).
  • Practical knowledge of
    Agentic AI frameworks
    (LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel).
  • Experience in
    building and deploying ML models
    into production environments.
  • Familiarity with
    vector databases
    (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and
    prompt engineering
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    API development, version control, and MLOps/DevOps practices
    .
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a
    startup-like environment
    with ownership mindset.
