Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough testing of products to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, plans, and scripts.
  • Conduct a range of tests including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or TestRail.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to align on requirements and fixes.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation testing.
  • Analyze logs and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of QA experience, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile processes.
  • Basic experience with APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, Appium (a plus).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, SNMP).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
