Accounting Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced accounting specialist to manage financial records, handle daily accounting operations, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately maintain books of accounts using Tally ERP or equivalent software.
  • Process day-to-day accounting entries, including receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts in a timely manner.
  • Effectively manage accounts payable & receivable to ensure smooth cash flow.
  • Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings are coordinated with certified auditors or consultants.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports for senior management.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Support documentation for property/land transactions, agreements, and legal filings as required in real estate business.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, including auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
  • 2–15 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
