About the Role

We are launching a pioneering 0-1 stablecoin payments initiative and require an experienced Engineering Lead/Manager to oversee engineering for the entire project.

This position involves leading a small engineering team while remaining hands-on in building scalable, secure backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead backend development of web and mobile applications
  • Design and scale backend systems powering payments and settlements
  • Construct robust, reliable infrastructure on top of fragmented provider APIs across markets
  • Guide technical discussions and own architecture for integrations and scalability
  • Mentor and manage a small engineering team across infra + app layers
  • Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory readiness in architecture
  • Own delivery timelines and establish engineering best practices
