Performance Marketing Manager Job Description

At our digital agency, we are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and analytical individual who is passionate about driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through paid media strategies.

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaigns on these platforms, as well as strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Manage the paid media budget to maximize ROI and customer growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for key metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Report on campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a fast-growing or digital-first environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and AdMob.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, CLTV, attribution models, etc.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
