Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing productivity within the organization.

  • Maintain facility specifications, regulations, and construction feasibility
  • Plan and oversee building and equipment maintenance
  • Develop and implement company-wide tools, policies, and procedures
  • Gather and review data concerning facilities modifications including estimates, bids, contacts, and labor/material requirements
  • Inspect construction and installation to ensure compliance with established specifications, space allocation, layout, and timetables
  • Maintain facility security systems
  • Investigate health and safety issues and work with HR and Site Director of Operations to resolve such issues
  • Coordinate with government inspectors

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of working experience in a related field. You will also possess excellent communication skills, schedule flexibility, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

About the Role

This position plays a vital role in the success of our organization. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, standardizing, and implementing company-wide tools, policies, and procedures. You will also oversee and perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure proper performance and quality standards are met.

  • Communication: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and government officials.
  • Problem-Solving: Investigate health and safety issues and work with HR and Site Director of Operations to resolve such issues.
