Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in India. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing requests and orders, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the best deals and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with Product (Purchasing) Merchandisers, the Buying Office/Global Purchasing Organization, and other functions to drive one or more processes in the development, quotation, and order follow-up processes.

2. Manage requests and orders, following company routines/methods, and ensure best deals and on-time delivery.

3. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders through effective negotiation skills and efficient communication to secure the best deal and proactively follow up orders to secure the best quality and on-time delivery.

4. Clear understanding of priorities and balance needs in the most efficient way, working in a structured way and able to prioritize.

Requirements

4-7 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of merchandising principles and practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively. Basic knowledge of costing and good Excel skills. Experience in woven/denim is preferable, and having experience in women's will be an added advantage.
