We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to guarantee seamless functionality across our integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning & Execution:
    • Develop end-to-end test strategies for NetSuite, Salesforce, Shopify, and Celigo integrations.
    • Verify real-time data syncs between systems.
    • Audit error logs and escalate to developers.
  • Integration Testing:
    • Debug API failures in Celigo flows, webhooks, REST/SOAP endpoints.
    • Log defects in Jira/Monday.com, including steps to reproduce and screenshots/API payloads.
  • Automation & Tools:
    • Build Java/Selenium or Typescript/Playwright scripts for regression testing.
    • Leverage NetSuite's Suite Script for custom test validations.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
    • Maintain QA wikis for test cases and runbooks.
    • Ensure GDPR/SOC2 compliance in data handling.

About This Role

This position requires an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in integrating multiple systems. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in Java, Selenium, or Typescript/Playwright.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integration testing, and debugging.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
