Regional Legal Operations Manager

Developing a framework for legal risk identification and assessment across various business activities of the region is crucial. This involves collaborating with the regional risk, audit, and compliance team to rectify audit observations/queries in line with existing laws/guidelines.
- The Regional Manager Legal will manage all legal issues in all aspects of the region, focusing on mitigating and eliminating risks while enforcing adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic legal advice to frame/review contracts and agreements relating to business operations to protect the organization's interests.
- Collaboration with the product & marketing team is necessary to ensure that products are rolled out in accordance with state laws.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management are vital for successful collaboration among business teams within the region.
- Achieving these goals requires:
