Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
    • Manage end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure seamless integration.
    • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) aligning to development team needs and customizing workflows accordingly.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership
    • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation for successful project delivery.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated Systems.
    • Implement best practices to enhance system efficiency and productivity.
  • System Integrations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
  • Ownership & Mentorship
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting, Support & Documentation
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues ensuring timely resolution.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users promoting effective use.
