Private Equity Opportunities

The role of Private Equity Lead involves supporting the firm's investment activities and working closely with portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investor Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for investor clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates on deal progress.
  • Diligence Coordination: Facilitate information flow between sellers, investors, and internal teams to ensure all diligence items and next steps are on track.
  • Deal Progression: Monitor acquisition timelines, investor activity, and deal milestones using internal systems and CRM tools.
  • Financial Review: Assist with reviewing financial summaries, business profiles; coordinate follow-ups with internal finance or diligence teams.
  • Record Management: Update and manage investor-related data and communications in CRM and reporting tools.
  • Communication Excellence: Help prepare investor updates, responses, reports, ensuring professional and prompt communication.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in finance, consulting, investor relations, or account management.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Exposure to working with U.S. or Western clients is preferred.
  • Understanding of investment concepts, such as due diligence, EBITDA, and cash flow.
  • Comfortable working with data, organizing information, following structured workflows.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
