Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Professionals with experience in financial planning and analysis are required to take on leadership roles within our organization.
Job Responsibilities- Support a team of analysts by providing guidance and expertise to ensure timely delivery of divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.
- Lead the service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions, ensuring that all stakeholders are satisfied.
- Develop and implement FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
- Collaborate with finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
- Lead annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders, including divisional finance teams.
- Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
- Develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance critical reporting capabilities.
- CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
- Relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
