Job Summary

Quantum Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our Service Technology & Business Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based support tools for both internal stakeholders and externally facing users.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality web applications using a range of technologies, including API-driven design and development, web protocols, serialization formats, and backend and frontend development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new web-based tools and platforms.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve business-critical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of software development life cycle (SDLC) and web development experience, preferably working in a customer service department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including API-driven design and development, web protocols, serialization formats, and backend and frontend development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
