Share Transfer and Partners' Books Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations.
    • Assist in establishing and implementing best practices for finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance.
  • Prepare and update financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares.
Qualifications
  • Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
