Lead DFT Engineering Team

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Applications Engineering team focused on delivering advanced Design for Test (DFT) solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams, driving technical excellence, and fostering customer-centric solutions.

A key responsibility will be to define, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives to increase market presence and customer success.

As a senior technical leader, the successful candidate will ensure that Synopsys' DFT offerings align with customer requirements, building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders.

In addition, they will oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely quality delivery.

• Extensive experience in DFT Synthesis or other front-end digital design technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical programs.
• Strong project management skills including risk identification mitigation and contingency planning.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• BSEE MSEE PhD or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
