Job Title: UAT Test Manager

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager to lead the User Acceptance Testing efforts for our Sales - CRM Platform and Sales systems. This role ensures that the platform meets business requirements and delivers a seamless experience for Sales teams and end-users.

Main Responsibilities:

UAT Strategy & Planning:

  • Determine UAT scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with Sales workflows.
  • Develop UAT test plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align testing goals with Sales operations.

Test Case Management:

  • Oversee creation and execution of test cases based on business requirements.
  • Ensure thorough coverage of critical Sales processes (e.g., lead management, opportunity tracking, quote generation).

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor UAT testers and business users.
  • Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts and manage dependencies between teams.

Defect Management:

  • Track, analyze, and escalate defects in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams for efficient resolution.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate UAT sign-off and ensure stakeholder alignment with testing results.

Environment & Data Setup:

  • Maintain the UAT environment to mirror production settings.
  • Manage test data preparation and validation processes.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.
