Job Title: Business Intelligence Sr Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Sr. Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics group, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex data models, creating interactive dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models using SQL Server, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization.
  • Design and implement effective data governance strategies to ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy management information systems and centralized reporting solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS and data governance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
