Senior Associate Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in executive search and recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments, including research mapping, candidate engagement, and client relationship management. They will also work closely with consultants to prepare client presentations, conduct research, and provide data management support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of retained search assignments
  • Conduct research and gather market intelligence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Prepare client presentations and pitch materials
  • Support consultants in data management and analysis
  • Attend client pitches and contribute to discussions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in executive search and recruitment
  • Bright, articulate, and well-presented
  • Excellent attention to detail and first-rate organizational skills
