About Our AI Application Development Role

We're a fast-paced team that quickly tests, iterates, and scales our products. As an early team member, you'll have the opportunity to build and launch multiple AI applications.

The goal is clear: develop minimum viable products, test go-to-market strategies, and if we find product-market fit, scale to production-grade systems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end AI applications, from idea to working MVP.
  • Experiment with various approaches, frameworks, and models.
  • Prioritize speed and gather feedback from real users.
  • Iterate quickly and scale successful projects to production level.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder on product direction and technical strategy.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs).
  • Proven ability to build and deploy applications, not just models.
  • Curiosity to try new ideas, break things, and learn quickly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high-speed execution, and changing directions based on data.
  • Able to work independently and own projects from start to finish.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Prior experience working on AI-driven products, side projects, or startups.
  • Familiarity with full-stack development for rapid prototyping.
  • Understanding of GTM strategies and how technology drives business outcomes.
