Objective:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional to assume ownership of our cutting-edge agentic AI solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of these innovative systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Achieve scalability in backend systems by applying robust architectural principles.
  • Effectively integrate and manage interactions with Large Language Models (LLMs) through APIs and other interfaces.
  • Utilize vector databases to optimize information retrieval and knowledge management within AI agents.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like Autogen, AG2, Lang graph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, and other engineers.
  • Maintain high-quality code by adhering to best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic technologies.
  • Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of our agentic AI platform.
  • Deploy solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong track record of independently delivering production-grade backend systems.
  • Proven expertise in Python programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Langchain.
  • Demonstrated experience with one or more agentic frameworks such as Autogen, AG2, Langgraph, Agno, or CrewAI.
  • Experience working with Vector Databases (e.g., Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in building intelligent systems.
  • Familiarity with Git version control.
  • Comfortable working in a Linux environment.
  • Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines for production deployments.
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Planning & Execution.
  • Excellent Communication & Inter-personal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with BigQuery data analytics service.
  • Proficiency in one or more additional programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, or C#.
  • Experience developing multi-agent systems.
  • Experience with serverless architecture and/or containerization technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, GCP Cloud Functions, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with local LLM execution and management.
  • Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Contributions to open-source AI or agentic projects.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices in AI applications.
  • Familiarity with MLOps principles.
  • Experience with relevant testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of AI Ethics and Responsible AI principles.
  • Familiarity with other AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, neural networks, and time-series analysis.
