We are seeking an Event Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through comprehensive event strategies.

The successful candidate will plan, organize, and manage logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events. They will collaborate with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals.

Key responsibilities include overseeing booth design, event branding, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality brand presence. The Event Marketing Manager will also manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery, track budgets, and negotiate contracts to deliver cost-effective event outcomes.

Additionally, the successful candidate will measure event performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for future improvements. They will act as the primary point of contact for all event-related activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as needed.
