ServiceNow Technical Expert

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow technical expert to lead our team in delivering exceptional service solutions. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience and be certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator.

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution design, development, and administration for the existing ServiceNow application.
• Collaboration with multiple IT teams to administer current applications.
• Designing and configuring workflow, creating and using update sets.
• Installation, customization, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as administrator and developer for ServiceNow.
• Certified as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Experience implementing at least 3 of the following ServiceNow product lines: Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Change Management, IT Business Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Agile Development.
• ITIL Foundations certification v4 preferred.
• Expertise in Web Technologies, Web Services, XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, etc.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and collaborate effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced training and/or higher level certifications in Mainline certification paths for IT Service, ITBM, and/or platform application development.
• Experience in orchestration with Active Directory and integration with other commercial systems.
• Exposure/experience with Integration Hub spoke capabilities.
