Strategic People Partner

You will be responsible for solving organizational challenges through effective people solutions. Our strategic partner will create a people agenda that enables the business to realize its ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with senior business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create useful propositions for the business in talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards.
  • Use and request data strategically - identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.
  • Develop deep connections and understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for all critical roles.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Strong experience in HR across talent management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Ability to work in constraints.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; knack for problem-solving.
  • Excellent communicator, building relationships with senior leaders and complex stakeholders to drive organizational change.
