Senior Custom Hardware Designer for Quantum Computers

About us
We are building a full stack Enterprise Quantum Computers. Our Quantum hardware team is responsible for designing and characterization of Quantum Processor, Cryogenic Quantum Control Circuits, RF Control Hardware, and QpiAI ASGP.
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Design Engineer to join our team. Together, we will build the next generation of life changing custom hardware for Quantum computers If you have intimate knowledge of client requirements, understand various development cycles, and can implement in RTL, this is your place to be.
Main Responsibilities:
Participate in micro-architecture development and document specifications.
Work with the verification team to ensure that the design is functional.
Optimize and meet performance and power goals through logic design skills.
Deliver a synthesis/timing clean design while working with the physical design team to ensure a routable and physically implementable design.
What We Are Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering3+ years of relevant experience in chip design development of complex designsHighly proficient in logic design, Verilog, and/or System-Verilog, with a deep understanding of physical design and VLSI.Good interpersonal skills and team playerExperience with design reuse, including RTL, constraints, and waiverExperience with timing constraints and timing exceptionsExperience running standard quality checks such as LINT and CDC
