Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Interior Design Lead to spearhead our design projects for homeowners. This individual will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored design solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Designer: Oversee multiple home design projects from initial consultations to finalizing designs and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with Customers: Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements, providing optimal design solutions, including quoting, detailed designing, and production drawings.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Analysis and Improvement: Analyze sales reports, project timelines, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture: A minimum 2-year diploma from a reputable institution is required.
  • Site Experience: The ideal candidate should be confident in proposing designs that can be easily installed at the site with minimal hassle.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that cater to customers' budgets and preferences.
  • Residential Projects Exposure: Essential experience in residential projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Google Sketchup Knowledge: Proficiency in Google Sketchup software is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate ideas, designs, and pricing to clients.
