Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment strategy and execution for the organization.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce requirements and proactively plan recruitment activities.
  • Set and monitor key recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.

This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and passion for building relationships with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintaining accurate records of recruitment metrics and providing insights to inform future decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
